ww yes. My trusty PS2. So Sleek. So sexy. A great blax box of gaming poweress! The only problem is it could be my last testament to console gaming. Once again this lovely rant starts when I was reading something. This time though it wasn't my medicore school's paper but instead the greatest american gaming magazine, Game Informer. If you live in america and do not get this magazine you are NOT a gamer. I saw the article on the PS3 and started to read it eagerly, but I was turned away when I saw the projected price of the PS3 at a huge <b>700</b> dollars!

What the fuck are they thinking? If I really wanted to shell out 700 bucks I'd get a widescreen tv and a kickass sound system for my dvds, not a playstation 3. Hell I'd buy a computer which has just as wide of product selection with out all those stupid limitations on what I can do with it! All these 3rd gen systems are going be is a computer with a simple blocking to keep you from using Windows or something on it. Its already showing with Microsoft's brain child the Xbox. There are actually people who have hacked linux on to the thing.

I know this one is short but I have one final thought. Sony... don't rip us off or I will be spending my $700 on a new computer or maybe some thrice CD's. Hmm... the choices are endless but I am sure as hell not going to get a Playstation 3. Unless it falls and hits me on the head. Then i'd get one. Just because it fell on my head. Yeah.
