or all those people, who can do anything, ONLY if they knew how to connect to MySQL. Here's the tutorial:

mysql_connect("host","user","pass");

Replace host with your host name, it's 95% of the time localhost. Replace user with the username, i.e. If I registered at light-hosters.com, as haldred, my username would be haldred, and my database would be haldred_db. Replace pass with your password. Easy as that.
