Switches Numbers Math Functions Glasses of Melonade. All right, you may be wonder what the hell is up with the whole glass of water thing. Well lemme tell you it makes perfect sense... A varible is like a frosty glass of melonade (homestarruner.com)... anyway, as you start out with the an empty glass (a varible) we pour some into the glass (adding) where there was 0 there now is, lets say 1. Not to hard eh? Just do a set varible function and do an add and add a number if you want to try it in rm2k =] But you get thristy so you drink the melonade. Where you had 1 you now have 0!! Gasp!!! (subtract) So you fill up again (add) and 40 of your closest friends come over so you pour forty more (multiply) I can't think of a good divide example sorry XD. A varbile is a number. a switch is an on or and off. A varible is ALWAYS an intger. It can never be 12.56 it will ALWAYS be 12 (according to that example anyway). Good luck =] |
