This was a great game, and I think the previous reviewer must have had a screw lose giving this game such a low rating. Here's the breakdown:

Music : The music is all Final Fantasy 4 or some remix of it. It's pleasing to the ears, and I'm glad they found some remixes of the more popular final fantasy tunes to keep things interesting. The music always fit and it made me think back to when I first played FF 4.

Graphics : I am amazed at how accurately the maps are done, they look just like in the game. I don't care about RTP usage, there was a little used in the beginning, but that would never detract from a game for me. Only thing would be that some of the battle animations are a little off at times.

Gameplay : Since this is a fan game obviously it's the battle system from Final Fantasy. There is a small problem with the jump command sometimes, (I'll fight a battle, and then in the next battle right at the beginning Azrael will jump attack). I think though that at times it can be a little unbalanced, especially since some of the characters really arent big damage dealers.

Story : It has it's good points and its bad points. Good points is that it fills in where the game leaves off. I like the characterization, it's done very nicely. My problem is the dialogue. Most times its perfectly fine, but then ever so often there'll be some strange saying, or the characters will make retorts that just come out sounding like a sad attempt at wit. All in all though it's very entertaining.

All in all this was a great game, and I was very impressed with the style and presentation. As a huge Final Fantasy fan I recommend this to anyone who is a fan of the series. There's a lot of anti-Final Fantasy sentiment roaming around the community, and it's really unwarranted. Games like this prove why.
