Gameplay
The gameplay in this game is very very repetitive. you basically start off in a lava cave for no reason after falling through a chair! You then have the usuall random battles with the default battle system that appear through the cavern. You must avoid the lava patched though, or you will get burnt and loose health. You make your way around the maze and you get to a rediclously hard boss with the hp of about 500 and you can take only 1 hp off him. It's insane. Too hard for the game. I could not get past this part so I can't comment on the rest of the game unfortunately.
I give this 1/10 for gameplay becuase nothing hooked me to play at all.

Graphics
The graphics were pretty much standard rtp that were mapped pretty bad. The "Lost city" was just grass with a few buildings. I'll give the author credit for the unique character set for the hero which looks pretty good and like the original doom. There were a few good monster sets here too. And the title screen was ok too. Apart from this there was no eye candy at all.
I give this 2/10 for the character sets and monster sets.

Sound
The sound was damn near appauling. Where there was music, it was blatant rtp that is in any other game like this. When it is used, it is used in the wrong style. The Cavern music was all wrong. It just didn't fit the mood. I didn't really hear any other sound effects so I can't realy comment on that. Perhaps he may have used an original doom midi on the title screen, but I cannot be sure.
I give this 1/10 becuase I cannot give 0 :P

Story
...There was no story at all as far as I was concerned. You just start on the world map and enter an rtp town. The character who is called ???? at this time just says he needs to sit down becuase the city is ruins or something. He sits down and you are teleported to a fire cavern. :|. I am one for suprises, but not like this. This was rediculous. There was no structure as far as I was concerned. I was soon bored before playing too much.
I give it 1/10 for story

Unquitity
I suppose you could say that the character sets were unique since they are considerably larger than normal sprites in rm2k. Maybe the use of the lava patches is kinda original but... no I take it back. It isn't original.
This scores 0 in a perfect world. 1/10 on blade2k XD

Conclusion
Well. I'm not going to lie to you. I didn't complete the game. So I can hardly say my final thoughts on the whole game. But I assure you, unless you are prepared to train for hours in the first minutes of the game just to beat the boss then you will be much like me. Or you could cheat ;). I suggest heavily that the creator adjusts hte difficulty of the game at this early stage. I had a look at the game in the rpg maker and he has made a lot of maps which I am afraid I could not access without cheating, which I am not prepared to do to play a game.
1+2+1+1+1 = 6/50 = 12/100 = 1/10
