Took some digging but I managed to find something worthy of mention. It's sort of old news, but I guess since no one here has never used it before we can benefit by having it refreshed in our minds a bit. Have you ever wanted to make a multiplayer rm game? Did you ever wish you had more than 2 input buttons? MP3 music? Mouse support for all your point and click needs? You should probably download GameMaker! Ehh, you all know about that already. If you don't want to use Game Maker to do it, we still have an alternative. The [Ineluki Key Patch!] It installs on your rm2k (and some versions of rm2k3, but it's not recommended) and uses some custom dlls, and such to run hack scripts through the sound effects in the maker. The results cannot be denied. Full mouse support, mp3 sound, full keyboard. All is within your grasp with the ineluki patch. I had actually found it a few years back, but as the readme was in german, I couldn't figure out how to get it's functionality into my games. But that is a problem in the past now, someone translated the readme, or figured it out or something and we now have english instructions. [Click here] to read them.
