RPG Maker Daily News #1
posted on: Friday, December, 07th, 2007 at 11:10:12 am at Cortex
Regular news has always been a problem at blade2k, so we've decided to add another new feature to the site - Daily News!

Finding out what's happening in the RPG Maker scene has also been tricky for many people hopefully we can clear things out for all the blade2k regulars with these news posts!

Firstly, RMXP.ORG has migrated to SMF. They now have a really awesome skin (reminiscant of Invision Power Board) but unfortunatly they're yet to add their resources and tutorials.

RMWiki, blade2k's successor, is currently in the pre-beta stage. The forums, wiki and news systems have all been coded are working nearly perfectly!

On the other hand, rpg2knet.com is still stuck at 24% with no apparent changes in the last few months. Hopefully we'll get some commentry on whether or not it's still being worked on soon!

The new RMXP.ORG does look quite nice.

Great to hear that the new Rmwiki is nearly ready!

I'm under the assumption 2knet is working on their stuff it's just they don't update their page. You should mention the Ultima Island is on version RPG. Quite the step from version 2.

"You should mention the Ultima Island is on version RPG. Quite the step from version 2."

Though I love the humor, the reason for the name change was actually due to Seraph wanting to make some money off of the domain name, so the url just changed to uirpg since it's almost as short and gets the point across.
