Well, this was pretty much the coup de grace for Blade2k. We only have about 16 active members, about 5 of whom post regularly. And now that we're living with half of our resources gone, several annoying bugs, and the ever looming threat of a hacker, I'm expecting the site to be dead soon. Whatever happens Blade2k will live on in my heart, fondly remembered as the place that felt like my home on the Internet. . . .

Damn it Names, we're doing the best job we can to fix things up. It'd be great if you could be a little less fatalistic about the situation instead of working to scare off anyone who reads these comments. I've uploaded close to 100 resources today, Seph's fixed several of the bugs, and as for posting? Talking will always happen. It's up to all of us to keep it going.

I didn't mention the issue of the hacker in my last comment so I'll deal with that now.
The hacking incident is OVER. It is DONE. It is FINISHED. Any security holes we've been made aware of, we have dealt with. All losl means to do is seek out aid in removing any other possible vulnerabilities. Admirable of him really. Furthermore, we're taking steps to minimize future damages caused to the database by (potential) hackers. What more do you want us to do?
