Nex is an addictive puzzle game, very simple. It's ability to get new themes from users sets it apart from most games on Coffeehat's list. I suggest everyone checks it out and tries to beat my high scores or make a new theme. I suggest downloading the Kinged Theme, it's really easily to play with and looks pretty too. A few people (mooty, losl) have worked on and off on the code, but other than that we've mostly been sitting and doing nothing. WELL, that's going change now. Firstly we want your input. What sort of features do you want the new RMWIKI to have? If it's within reason, maybe we'll add it? Recently our site has been lacking activity as you know, the staffers are also on bad terms with each other barely visiting the IRC anymore. Production of RMwiki is halted and nobody is willing to lift a finger about it. It's about time we realized what's lying ahead of us... We have a server we barely use and we're gonna be left without one in two months... Yes, that means that blade2k blade2k.net will close its doors permantly. Normally I'd just put this in the people forum but the reason is fairly news worthy. You might know I've been searching for work and getting through college, in recent weeks I've been arranging things with a local Nintendo DS developer for an internship. I didn't really want to tell anyone until it was a certain thing because recently too many things, jobs, have fallen through. Helixe is taking a leap of faith allowing me to intern there. I'll be working along some veterans of the field. They've released two Ratatoui games and my PAID internship will have me working on the Top Chef: Chicago project. This is a huge thing seeing as Top Chef is such a popular television show. They're releasing it on Wii and DS. I'll be on the DS team working on level design with my culinary background I'll also be doing some research, not that I wouldn't have anyway. Expect me to still be around but I'll be far closer to the inactive/dark side. With all of that said I'd like to thank everyone I've become friends with and all the mini experiments a lot of us created. Scarfen Hero will live some day BlackRaven. comments[4] |
